Orders are accepted for delivery within prevailing lead times at prices in effect when the order is received at Haskell.

Order Acknowledgment
Haskell Office acknowledges all customer orders in writing via fax or e-mail within 48 hours of entering the order. Please respond within two days of receiving the acknowledgement to confirm that the order is correct. If we do not hear from you within the designated timeframe, a second communication will be issued stating that your order, as listed on the acknowledgement, is in production.
Returns
All returns must be approved and authorized in writing by Haskell Customer Support, and must be returned in the original shipping cartons. Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by the written authorization from Customer Support.
Storage
A product ship date is included with the order acknowledgement issued from Customer Support. If you are not able to accept delivery within five (5) working days of the ship date, Haskell Office can store the product at your expense. Please notify Customer Support immediately in writing of any delivery acceptance date change. A production delay may be possible, thus avoiding storage charges.
Freight Damage and Claims
Haskell Office inspects all furniture as a final quality check prior to packaging it for transit. All our contract carriers specialize in transporting furniture. Liability for damage that occurs during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. Upon delivery, inspect your shipment for damage, and note on the bill of lading before signing it, the extent of any damage and list products ordered that were not delivered. Damage found after packing materials have been removed should be reported to the carrier as soon as discovered – no later then 15 days from receipt of the shipment. Our Customer Support staff will be happy to assist you or answer questions about filing a claim – 800.334.8888.
Freight
The cost of freight to the contiguous 48 states is included in the cost of the product on orders with a list price of $15,000 or more provided that the order ships to a single address.
Multiple orders shipping to one location on one day will be combined to reach the $15,000 list price. Customers should specifically request that orders ship together if they want to combine orders for freight savings. Note that this request may result in a delay until all orders are ready for shipping.
Changes and Cancellations
Given our short lead-times, cancellations or changes to product models, colors, sizes or quantities must be received within five (5) working days of order entry. Please contact Customer Support, 800.334.888 to discuss what options are available.
Note: all changes and cancellations must be sent via fax or e-mail to ensure an accurate recording of the change request.
Non-catalog Items
Non-catalog items or "Engineering Specials" (any product variation in size, color or other standard from our regularly cataloged items) require a 50% deposit with the order, which is forfeited in the event of cancellation after five (5) working days of order entry.

Haskell Office guarantees to the Original Purchaser, all metal parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Haskell Office will replace any metal part, or parts, deemed to be defective upon inspection. This warranty is not transferable, and is void if unauthorized corrective action is taken prior to Haskell Offices’ inspection of the claim.
Please note this guarantee does not apply to product that has been misused, abused, or altered, as determined by Haskell Office. Haskell Office does not cover damage caused by accident, fire, flood, or act of God.
