As a company that manufacturers and supplies furniture to businesses and governmental institutions we feel it’s important that we share with our customers an update on how we are managing with the COVID-19 situation. Haskell Office is taking the necessary precautions to ensure our employees safety while taking care of our customers as we navigate COVID-19.
Our teams have the necessary digital resources to support and facilitate business remotely. We utilize a variety of digital tools that allow for video conferencing and virtual meetings. Our customer service and sales teams are available to assist with any questions, requests and order updates.
Haskell Office is in full operation mode at our Headquarters and at our manufacturing facility in Grand Rapids, MI. Our senior management team has been prepared to respond quickly to any new developments made available from the CDC and The World Health Organization. We are closely monitoring the situation and working with our suppliers to ensure that we maintain the level of service and support that our valued customers have come to expect.
At present, our lead times are not impacted, and we are currently holding a strong inventory of product for “immediate shipment”. This of course could change depending on government mandated closures and disruptions. We also understand that there may be a need to hold shipments and we are happy to do so.
